My association with Uniflow started some 12+ years ago, when we floated one RFP for control valves with small/controlled flow, which we were managing manual involvement. Then we met Mr. Manoj, and he informed that he manufactures all type of control valves, and he willingly accepted to take up this challenging for development. With his zeal to develop valves he gradually was involved in all 20 projects in Bhiwadi. With dilute HCL as service, we started getting lined-globe control valves from Uniflow instead of importing from international vendors. With support from Mr. Manoj we starting completing projects one-by-one.

We started interaction with Uniflow in 2011, for our Dahej plant. With the feedback from our Bhiwadi plant, we had them with lined them with international vendors. With their delivery speed soon they matched up and went ahead then those suppliers. Now I have more than 5000 plus valves in my plant from Uniflow, and they are installed for all critical applications like Bromine, Chloro-Methane, HCL and other utilities. We are getting great support from Uniflow and important part is delivery which they even do 2 weeks to 6-weeks. With this we have confidence in going ahead for any project without worrying about the control valve part.

We started doing business with Uniflow in 2014. We started off with a replacement of a very critical valve with MOC of Nickel, involving 50% of Caustic (NaOH) of high temp. The replacement was being done for our Plug valve earlier procured from International brand. With Uniflow’s focus, quality and quick customisation as per customer requirements, they are widening their presence in Nirma group and also other industries. Now from 1 valve in 2014, now they are part of projects for Bromine, Caustic soda, Purified Phosphoric Acid (PPA). Also with their dedication and continued service improvement they are helping us with ECD valve for Chlorine application.

All 16 nos. of Control Valves are working smoothly since installation. As of now, we have not faced any issue with Control Valves supplied for FGD system. Performance of these valves is very good.

The steam service application valve has a satisfactory performance till now.

The Control valves supplied by M/s Uniflow Control Instruments Pvt. Ltd. against PO No. 4561040507 Dated 18.02.17 are working satisfactorily without any problem. We have found their Product quality as quite good and delivery as well as after sales services are also very prompt.

We have installed your valve in service and tested for two months and found that your service is at par with the valves presently available in alumina refinery hence we have recommended your name to be included in the vendor master, so that future enquiries for Globe control valve will automatically send to you through CPPP portal.

Total eleven nos. valves were received against our order nos: PUR/ES/65/S2702/25322/65/431871/1. Dt. 09.04.18 and PUR/ES/65/S2701/25322/65/431872/1 Dt. 09.04.18. Valves were installed & in operation since 20th April'18. Till date performance of all the valves found satisfactory

Please note that we had installed the valve in Power Plant Boiler no.# 7. The valve is working satisfactorily, till date.

All the valves received against P.O. -. PORHCIL/00020/17-18P dt. 06.05.17 are working satisfactory till date. We have not received any complain from process.
